REFUND | CANCELLATION
We do have pretty easy and straightforward refund & cancellation policies.
We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND
ONLY IF:
- Your order gets lost while in transit. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will take
5 business days, just like placing a new order. - You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc.. In this situation, we will require you to
send a photo within 5 days of delivery. You may also opt for a resend. Resends will
take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order. - You received a damaged item. We will require you to send a proof of damage. You
may also opt for a resend. Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new
order. - If your order is delayed (more than 15 business days) due to reasons we have no
control of like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a
coupon code. - If the product is returned to us due to incorrect address issue or consignee not found, the customer will have to pay the courier charges for resending the product.
